Who handles your data

The data controller is DataLamp srl, a company being incorporated in Italy. Until it is entered in the Business Register, you can write to info@datalamp.org with any request about your data.

Visits to this site

This site uses no cookies, does not profile you and loads no third-party services. To know how many people visit it and which links they use, the site itself records a little anonymous information on our own server: the page viewed, the domain of the site you came from, whether you use a phone or a computer, and clicks on the main links. We do not record your IP address or any other data that could identify you, and if your browser asks not to be tracked, we record nothing.

The server uses your IP address only for the duration of the request, to deliver the page and to limit abuse, and does not keep it.

If you write to us

We use your email address and what you write only to reply to you.

If you apply

We use your CV and the information you send only to assess your application, and we keep it for as long as the selection requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it, as provided by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, by writing to info@datalamp.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

If this notice and the Italian version differ, the Italian version prevails.
